Job Overview

Seeking a skilled Broadcast IT Engineer II to collaborate, install, and integrate IT workflows for real-time broadcast projects. This role involves on-site support for live event staging and broadcasting, resolving complex problems to ensure uptime in high-pressure live environments. Additional responsibilities include coordinating security for Active Directory and Office 365 Apps, administering and monitoring the Office 365/Exchange hybrid email system, and providing Tier 1 guidance with rotation for 24/7 coverage of arena events.

Responsibilities

Collaborate and integrate IT workflows for real-time broadcast
Provide on-site support for live event staging and broadcasting
Resolve complex problems ensuring uptime in high-pressure live environments
Coordinate security for Active Directory and Office 365 Apps
Administer and monitor the Office 365/Exchange hybrid email system
Provide Tier 1 guidance and rotate 24/7 coverage for arena events

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5+ years in hardware/network/PC OS support
7+ years multimedia, live event, and broadcast production experience
Expertise with Windows 2016 Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, Office 365
Experience with streaming platforms: YouTube, Twitch; Visio/AutoCAD
