Job Overview

As a BSA/AML Manager, you will be responsible for conducting ongoing transaction monitoring to detect money laundering or suspicious activity, investigating alerts, filing UARs with bank partners, performing CDD/EDD reviews, reviewing data for sanctions programs, and developing/enhancing BSA/AML policies and internal controls.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing transaction monitoring
  • Investigate alerts and file UARs with bank partners
  • Perform CDD/EDD reviews
  • Review data for sanctions programs
  • Develop, implement, and enhance BSA/AML policies and internal controls
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years AML compliance in banking/fintech/credit card programs
  • Solid understanding of BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, FinCEN
  • Experience with transaction monitoring systems, alert investigations, and UARs
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and critical-thinking skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
