Join WeLearn, a rapidly growing remote-first tech startup founded by ex-Google and Meta strategists. As a Business Development Intern, you will collaborate directly with our leadership to drive growth, build relationships with creators and influencers, and refine business processes in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. This six-month unpaid internship offers mentorship, exposure to startup culture, and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development across major social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Business Development Director to support strategic decision-making.
Identify new business niches, opportunities, and keep leadership informed.
Develop and manage a pipeline of potential creators and influencers.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and provide process improvement suggestions.
Implement improvements to optimize sales funnel efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional European languages a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Resilience and motivation in the face of rejection.
Full-time availability for a 6-month internship (remote).
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
