Join EarnIn as a Sr. Business Development Manager to define the short and long-term vision for EarnIn's Marketplace with leadership. You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and negotiating partnerships to grow EarnIn's Marketplace. Additionally, you will manage and nurture relationships with existing Marketplace partners, collaborate with business owners and internal teams, and foster key partner relationships for driving growth and enhancing customer experience. This role also entails overseeing partner integrations with Product and Engineering, monitoring industry trends, and informing strategy based on competitive insights.
The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in tech product partnerships, with roadmap experience. Experience in fintech or payments would be a plus. Strong relationship-building skills, the ability to navigate external organizations, experience in scaling complex partner initiatives, and adeptness in managing multiple projects are essential for this role.
