Job Overview

Support the delivery of fire and dwelling insurance solutions to high-risk property owners.
Facilitate insurance coverage for both residential and commercial clients.
Collaborate with licensed brokers and the California Earthquake Authority.
Assist clients in navigating policy options and eligibility requirements.
Contribute to the improvement of remote insurance operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Process and review insurance applications for accuracy and compliance.
Provide expert guidance to brokers and clients regarding available coverage.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and FAIR Plan guidelines.
Deliver prompt and professional customer support in a remote environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in property or fire insurance, preferably in high-risk markets.
Familiarity with California insurance regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
