Requirements & Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of people management experience
  • Proven experience in managing a global recruiting coordination team
  • Strong familiarity with in-office interviewing processes
  • Experience building and scaling coordination processes in high-volume recruiting
  • Familiarity with Ashby ATS is a plus
