Cardiology Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

As a Cardiology Nurse (RN), you will work closely with Cardiologists and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to deliver comprehensive cardiology care to patients. This role involves conducting telephone triage, in-clinic nursing visits, patient education, coordination of testing, and collaboration with external providers for patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Work with Cardiologists and APPs to provide cardiology care
• Conduct telephone triage and in-clinic nursing visits
• Educate patients and families on cardiac symptoms, disease state, and medications
• Ensure all applicable testing for cardiac patients per plan of care
• Collaborate with external providers for patient safety during non-cardiac interventions

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current NH RN licensure
• BSN strongly preferred
• Cardiology experience required
• BLS certification
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
