As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to existing Vetcove users through live chat, email, and phone. You will troubleshoot issues promptly, explain solutions clearly, and assist in managing accounts and reviewing items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support existing Vetcove users via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and explain solutions clearly.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as account management and item reviews.
  • Share feature requests with engineering and teams for enhancements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to streamline alerts between systems.
  • Help develop and expand processes to improve support workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience.
  • 2 Year Associates Degree or 4 Year College Degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in chat support preferred.
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities.
