Join Paytm's QR & Sound Box vertical as a City Head - Senior Manager, driving the digital payments revolution in India. As a leader, you will be responsible for merchant acquisition, team management, and expanding Paytm’s market presence in your assigned area. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with strong people management skills, seeking to contribute to India’s largest digital lending and payments story.

Key Responsibilities

Lead merchant acquisition, retention, and growth initiatives in the assigned geography.
Manage and expand QR & Sound Box deployments to increase distribution and market share.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and a large indirect workforce.
Monitor sales quality, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Drive sales of swiping devices and resolve merchant queries to enhance engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in fintech, payments, or e-commerce sectors.
Strong people management and team-building abilities, with experience handling large teams.
In-depth knowledge of merchant acquisition strategies and digital payments ecosystem.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to perform audits, validate sales data, and ensure operational excellence.
