This role involves understanding client research needs, quickly delivering experts, and matching topics with the most suitable experts available. You will identify top experts through platforms like LinkedIn, press releases, and case studies, screening and presenting their profiles for client consideration. Your mission is to provide high-quality service that helps clients make informed decisions and drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect clients with subject-matter experts to inform decisions
  • Understand client research needs and deliver experts quickly
  • Match topics with the closest experts available
  • Identify top experts through LinkedIn, press releases, and case studies
  • Screen and present expert profiles for client consideration
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • KPI-driven sales/lead gen role experience
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Japanese and English
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Previous internship/volunteering/extracurriculars preferred
