Job Overview

Collaborate with the Co-Director of Support Services to manage end-to-end hiring, establish workflows and frameworks for the new team and intake handling, design protocols for fielding inquiries and escalation to the right divisions, oversee daily operations including ticket queues, workload, and escalations, provide real-time coaching and regular feedback, facilitate onboarding and training of new hires.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Co-Director of Support Services
Manage end-to-end hiring processes
Establish workflows and frameworks for new team
Design protocols for inquiry handling
Oversee daily operations: ticket queues, workload, escalations

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience
Supervisor role with 4+ years of management experience
5+ years in customer service; tech industry preferred
Experience with Zendesk or Jira ticketing systems
Experience with CRM software, HubSpot preferred
