Job Overview

This position involves developing and deploying Access Genius for biopharma clients, managing project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables, coordinating with various teams, maintaining client satisfaction, and learning and applying MRL submissions processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy Access Genius for biopharma clients
  • Build expertise in business requirements, testing, and SDLC processes
  • Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with Engagement, BI, and Application Teams
  • Maintain the client inquiry process and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Availability to work EST and outside hours when needed
  • Internet connection capable of supporting large files, video calls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Travel up to 5%
  • Project coordination experience (preferred)
