As a Client Support Lead, you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding client experiences, managing communications, and supporting innovative media projects. This remote role requires proactive problem-solving, exceptional communication skills, and reliability in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness.
Utilize email, text, and phone channels to provide timely support and project updates.
Handle client escalations promptly and update relevant platforms as required.
Assist with onboarding new clients and support scheduled meetings.
Conduct outbound calls and offer dedicated assistance to clients needing additional support.
Work independently, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
Proactively identify and resolve potential client issues before escalation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Success or similar support role.
Excellent spoken and written English; neutral accent preferred.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Gmail and Google Spreadsheets.
Experience with Ring Central is a plus.
Ability to adapt to schedule changes during emergencies.
Reliable backup power and internet connection.
Minimum 16GB RAM on your device.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
