Job Overview

Deliver engaging virtual and in-person trainings for enterprise clients. Facilitate mental health sessions with confidence and credibility. Support client launches and key meetings as facilitator and partner. Coordinate cross-functional events for strategic accounts. Develop and evolve Champions and Community programs. Own day-to-day Client Admin Community experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years designing and delivering enterprise learning experiences
Strong public speaking and facilitation across virtual and in-person
Creative facilitation and learning design; iterates with feedback
Experience partnering with external stakeholders (HR/People/Learning/Wellness)
Proactive, results-driven; balances speed with quality and user needs
Travel (domestic/international) and occasional early EST deliveries
