Clinical Associate - Home Health

The Clinical Associate - Home Health (RN) position involves leading field staff to deliver exceptional client services and quality clinical care. The role includes supervising field clinicians, managing case management, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field staff in delivering client service and quality clinical care.
• Supervise field clinicians and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Manage internal case management and develop field staff.
• Assist with in-home client assessments and care planning.
• Balance work between patient visits and office coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN license in good standing.
• Minimum two years clinical field experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health agency.
• Clinical oversight experience including OASIS and ICD-9 Coding.
• Monitoring quality assurance and overall case management experience.
• Strong assessment, organizational, and independent working skills.
