Job Overview

As a Clinical Field Specialist, you will be responsible for direct sales to MFMs, OB/GYNs, and Genetic Counselors in the Tampa North territory to drive revenue growth. Your focus will be on building and maintaining key relationships, prospecting and managing accounts, and executing a strategic plan for revenue generation.

Responsibilities
  • Direct sales to MFMs, OB/GYNs, and Genetic Counselors
  • Build and maintain key relationships
  • Prospect and manage accounts
  • Create and execute a strategic plan for revenue growth
  • Provide clinical training on product applications
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Four-year degree in science, nursing, or related healthcare field
  • Minimum 3 years of physician sales experience in diagnostic labs; genetics preferred
  • Background in medical/biological sciences; clinical diagnostics preferred
  • Market knowledge selling to OB/GYN or MFM strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of establishing new markets and increasing revenue
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.com
