EMR Excel Project Coordination Salesforce

A Clinical Operations Associate role requiring collaboration across clinical, support, product, and analytics for timely care. Responsibilities include triaging daily clinical quality cases, closing gaps in care and outreach, tracking key clinical quality metrics (HEDIS, STARs) and dashboards, preparing, validating, and submitting payer quality reports, coordinating cross-functional tasks, maintaining project trackers, monitoring SLAs, workflows, and escalation protocols to drive corrective actions. Ideal candidates should have 1–3+ years in clinical operations, healthcare quality, or behavioral health tech, 2+ years project coordination, familiarity with NCQA/HEDIS or payer quality reporting, proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, with Salesforce or EMR knowledge as a plus. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and data literacy are essential.
