Cloud Endpoint Services Admin

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Cloud Services Administrator – Endpoint Management to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, implementing, and maintaining our endpoint management environment, utilizing leading tools and technologies to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance across all devices.

Job Overview

This position focuses on the administration and automation of cloud-based endpoint management, leveraging solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and other modern device management platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and serve as a technical lead in various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain endpoint management solutions using Jamf, Intune, and related technologies.
• Automate endpoint management tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and proactively resolve escalated endpoint issues.
• Implement and enforce security policies, updates, and patches for all managed endpoints.
• Participate in on-call rotation to lead response efforts during high-priority incidents.
• Document IT processes and procedures; collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and advocate improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cloud services administration with a focus on endpoint management.
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and other MDM/EPM tools.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices and data protection in cloud environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and EPM solutions such as CyberArk.
• Relevant certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, Jamf Certified Tech/Expert.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional, and collaborative environment.
