Linux System Administration Problem-solving

Job Overview

Partner with sales to articulate Datadog value proposition to customers. Continuously learn new tech to build competitive knowledge and credibility. Deliver product and technical presentations to potential clients. Liaise with product team to prioritize feature requests. Help clients onboard Datadog and resolve roadblocks. Think creatively about diverse technical challenges in the pre-sales lifecycle. Knowledgeable with DevOps monitoring/architecture tools. Comfortable delivering technical presentations/demos to customers or internal teams. Able to think creatively about diverse challenges; expect new tech daily.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales to articulate Datadog value proposition to customers

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience with Windows or Linux system administration
Sit for up to 4 hours and travel to client sites
Travel up to 25% of the time (auto/train/air)
