Job Overview

As the Director of Communications at Limble, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the company's communication strategy both internally and externally. This role involves developing clear messaging, overseeing CEO communication, managing press releases, and building scalable frameworks for effective communication.

Responsibilities

Define and own company-wide comms strategy
Establish frameworks for channels, cadence, and owners
Align internal and external messaging for consistency
Lead CEO communications and speeches
Manage external communications including press releases and media

Requirements & Qualifications

8-12+ years in corporate communications
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience supporting senior executives and high-stakes messaging
Strong understanding of internal communications and organizational dynamics
Experience building communication frameworks in scaling organizations
