Job Overview

Join our team as a Product Manager for Construction AI Workflows, leading with a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced, agile product development environment.

Responsibilities

Lead ongoing discovery with customers, field teams, Sales & CS
Shape and execute the roadmap with cross-functional partners
Represent customer voice in prioritization and decisions
Partner with Engineering and QA to prioritize features and fix defects
Write clear product specs and user stories for fast execution

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years PM experience in enterprise SaaS environments
3+ years in construction tech for field teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action
Strong business acumen and ability to lead software initiatives
Experience owning 0-to-1 feature development from conception to launch
Detail-oriented with strong technical documentation skills
Comfortable leading deep technical discussions with engineers
