Job Overview

Join our team as a Draw Analyst specialized in Construction Lending. Your role will involve reviewing construction documents, evaluating draw disbursements, ensuring compliance with loan documents, and coordinating communications with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Review initial construction documents (plans, permits, budgets, schedules)
Evaluate phased draw disbursements against schedules and milestones
Ensure compliance with loan documents, credit policy, and laws
Coordinate communications with borrowers, contractors, inspectors
Process draw disbursements timely and policy-aligned

Requirements & Qualifications

2+ years in construction funds control, draw management, or loan servicing
Experience in construction, real estate, mortgage, or loan servicing
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs
Familiarity with AIA G702/703, Salesforce, Oracle
