The Director of Content Distribution will lead end-to-end negotiations for content distribution, premium subscriptions, and advertising inventory. This role involves owning the strategic vision and financial oversight of Roku Premium Subscriptions while managing key partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and negotiate deals for content distribution, premium subscriptions, and ad inventory.
  • Own the strategic vision and financial management of Roku Premium Subscriptions.
  • Act as the primary executive relationship owner for key partners and deals.
  • Oversee partner development including sourcing, modeling, forecasting, contracting, and closing.
  • Manage renewal strategies for high-value partners and drive revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in content distribution or media partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of subscription models, licensing, and advertising economics.
  • Experience working with legal teams on complex distribution agreements.
  • Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple deals.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
