We seek a proactive Content Marketing Specialist to lead our content creation and distribution efforts, driving traffic, sign-ups, and brand awareness. This role offers the chance to shape our brand voice and make a direct impact on thousands of job seekers globally.

Job Overview

Create and publish engaging blog posts focused on interview tips, role-specific guides, and industry insights.
Optimize all content for SEO, ensuring high visibility and effective keyword integration.
Repurpose written content for LinkedIn, email newsletters, and social media snippets.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics such as website traffic and conversions.
Collaborate closely with the founder and team to develop and refine content strategy.

Responsibilities

Write and publish high-quality, SEO-optimized articles.
Research trends in job interviews, AI, and career development.
Repurpose blog content for various channels (social media, email, LinkedIn).
Track and report on content performance to improve results.
Work independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO writing, or related fields.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
Basic SEO knowledge, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Analytics (a plus).
Startup mindset: proactive, independent, and results-driven.
Experience in SaaS or EdTech is a plus.
Knowledge of multiple languages and AI writing tools is advantageous but not required.
