This full-time, remote-first contract position (3-6 months) requires a dynamic recruiting professional to drive high-volume, full-cycle talent acquisition for critical marketing and account management functions. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, leverage innovative sourcing strategies, and help shape a best-in-class candidate experience—all while supporting an organization committed to integrity, excellence, and growth.

Job Overview
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for marketing, SEO, paid search, and client success roles.
  • Work remotely with flexibility and autonomy in a high-growth, innovative environment.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to deliver strategic recruiting solutions.
  • Champion RYNO’s mission, vision, and values throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a concurrent requisition load of 6+ positions, focusing on marketing and account management functions.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Facilitate the entire candidate selection and interview process to ensure a superior hiring experience.
  • Communicate proactively with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing regular pipeline updates and data-driven recommendations.
  • Autonomously prioritize tasks and projects to meet organizational hiring goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience in private, growth-stage or agency environments.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workable preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter for passive sourcing and outreach.
  • Experience recruiting for marketing departments and negotiating complex offers (including commission/bonus plans) highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, urgency, and ability to adapt in a high-growth startup setting.
  • Available to work full-time on a contract basis for at least 3 months, with potential for extension up to 6 months.
