Poseidon Music Ltd is seeking a Contracts & Payments Administrator to join their Venue Engagement Team, responsible for managing contractual agreements, payment processes, and client support. This remote role offers a supportive work culture with opportunities for personal growth.

Oversee contract drafting, review, and compliance
Provide administrative support to the Venue Engagement team

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 3 years in an administrative support role
2-4 years of experience in contracts management, payments administration, or finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
