Co-Pilot Studio AI Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Co-Pilot Studio AI Specialist to design, develop, and optimize customized conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom topics, entities, and dialog flows within Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio.
• Create intuitive conversational experiences to guide users and achieve desired business outcomes.
• Integrate Co-Pilot instances with diverse data sources, backend systems, and APIs for enhanced interactions.
• Test, iterate, and optimize Co-Pilot solutions to ensure reliability and exceptional user experience.
• Document design specifications, functionalities, and troubleshooting guides for all Co-Pilot implementations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional features.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement optimizations for AI applications and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Co-Pilot functionality and integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Expertise in conversational AI design, dialog flows, and custom entity creation.
• Strong knowledge of API integration and connecting AI with external data sources.
• Proficiency in developing AI agents/microservices for workflow automation and real-world data interactions.
