Core Product Designer Lead

As a Staff Product Designer on our Core Foundation Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user-centric experiences for thousands of learners. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate insights into strategic design solutions that simplify complex concepts, drive business growth, and make education accessible for all.

• Manage multiple projects, prioritizing deliverables as a strategic Design Lead.
• Influence and advocate for design decisions with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and present compelling proposals to diverse audiences.
• Contribute to and optimize design systems and UI pattern libraries.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer.
• Proven expertise in designing responsive, accessible web experiences.
• Experience with design systems and UI pattern libraries.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Mastery of Figma, user testing tools, Confluence, and Jira.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and test design solutions.
• Skilled in facilitating design workshops, creating user flows, and building prototypes.
• Experience building new products and conducting user research for MVP definition.
• Bonus: Experience designing for enterprise products, multiple platforms, and localized/right-to-left interfaces.
• Hybrid skills across UX, interaction, and visual design.
