Job Overview

Support and strengthen a strategy and narrative that increases appreciation for and understanding of Hims & Hers’ unique direct-to-consumer business model, industry expertise, and brand resonance through communications initiatives, press engagement, and content.

Serve as a key team member on announcements, initiatives, and campaigns that promote and protect the company’s reputation, including reactive issues management.

Lead the strategy behind our Comms X handle and develop content that reaches press, investors, and our key stakeholders with consistent, creative storytelling, and critical information during crises.

Draft and refine communications related to regulatory developments, legislative priorities, and consumer safety.

Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

5 years of experience in corporate communications, financial, policy, or crisis communications
A Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or public relations
Knowledge of public policy and regulated industries
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with cross-functional partners
