Join our dynamic Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) team as a Corporate Onboarding Specialist, where you'll play a critical role in preventing financial crime and ensuring regulatory compliance for our corporate clients. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in KYB, AML, and compliance within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.

Job Overview
  • Design and refine KYB workflows, policies, and training documentation.
  • Conduct in-depth onboarding, risk assessments, and periodic reviews for business customers.
  • Verify corporate structures, UBOs, source of funds, and business operations to assess risk.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to enhance onboarding and monitoring processes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to AML/CFT regulations and internal compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective KYB workflows, policies, and training materials.
  • Conduct thorough corporate documentation reviews and business risk assessments.
  • Investigate and escalate complex or high-risk cases as needed.
  • Review and resolve screening alerts for sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media.
  • Draft and file internal Suspicious Activity Reports (iSARs) and support regulatory filings.
  • Maintain detailed, auditable case records and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively within a global, cross-functional team to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, business, economics, accounting, criminology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in KYB, AML, or compliance, ideally within fintech, banking, or crypto sectors.
  • Strong understanding of corporate structures, UBO verification, and jurisdictional risks.
  • Hands-on experience with transaction monitoring systems and identity verification tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of complex work while meeting deadlines.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., ACAMS, ACFCS) are a plus.
  • Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet required.
