Job Overview

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing and managing full-cycle recruiting processes, including partnering with operational hiring leaders and ensuring smooth onboarding. You will also be involved in establishing and maintaining relationships with cross-functional partners and contributing to the improvement of recruiting processes and inclusive hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Strategically partner with operational hiring leaders
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates
• Analyze interview data
• Own closing and offer process
• Ensure smooth onboarding through People Operations partnership

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience
• Experience working with a company size of 500+ employees
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Data-driven mindset
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and job board platforms
• Experience working with G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Okta, Macbook
