As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing and managing full-cycle recruiting processes, partnering with operational hiring leaders, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires.

Responsibilities
  • Strategically partner with operational hiring leaders
  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates
  • Analyze interview data
  • Own closing and offer process
  • Ensure smooth onboarding through People Operations partnership
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience
  • Experience working with a company size of 500+ employees
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and job board platforms
  • Strong time management skills
