Key Responsibilities

Develop creative solutions and skillfully produce work across a variety of platforms and mediums.
Manage, inspire, and challenge teams of Writers, Art Directors, and Designers.
Collaborate and partner with cross-department teams to develop and craft the final deliverables.
Ensure the best creative resource is allocated to the correct projects by liaising with Resource and Project Management.

Requirements & Qualifications

At least 9 years of experience in the creative advertising industry.
Bachelors in Advertising, Marketing, or related field. In lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required.
Demonstrate ability to creatively work and collaborate with senior clients and leadership.
Highly organized and professional, along with outgoing, friendly, fearless, and resilient.
