This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a startup mentality to build strategic initiatives. A proven track record of identifying and scaling undiscovered talent to major brands or partnerships is essential. Expertise in contract negotiation, especially in IP rights and revenue sharing, is required. This role offers flexible, remote-friendly work options and is open to candidates in specific U.S. states. The Director will lead Forbes Originals and Creator Network initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally with Strategy, Production, Sales, Data, and Legal teams.
