The Director of Creator Partnerships at Forbes will be responsible for ideating and implementing strategies to grow talent-led initiatives. This role involves identifying and recruiting high-profile creators and industry leaders in AI, Fintech, and Entrepreneurship. The Director will oversee the management of creators, ensuring partnership needs are met. They will also develop the value proposition for Forbes Originals and the Creator Network to attract undiscovered talent. Negotiating contracts and revenue sharing to secure top talent while safeguarding Forbes' interests is a key aspect of this position. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in creator partnerships and talent management, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles. They should be experts in managing creators across different audiences and business sizes, capable of working closely with talent and their agents. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a startup mentality to build strategic initiatives. A proven track record of identifying and scaling undiscovered talent to major brands or partnerships is essential. Expertise in contract negotiation, especially in IP rights and revenue sharing, is required. This role offers flexible, remote-friendly work options and is open to candidates in specific U.S. states. The Director will lead Forbes Originals and Creator Network initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally with Strategy, Production, Sales, Data, and Legal teams.
