Cultivation Supervisor

Job Overview

Lead Cultivation Leads and Associates across cloning, veg, harvest. Oversee daily cultivation including watering, feeding, sanitation, and room prep. Ensure plant health and compliance with protocols. Train and develop team; document training with SOPs. Manage schedules, KPIs, and records in MJ Freeway. Balance hands-on cultivation with people leadership and improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years cannabis cultivation experience
• 2+ years people management experience
• Strong cultivation skills in media, irrigation, lighting, env controls, IPM
• Experience building and leading cohesive teams
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
