Join JustAnswer as a Senior Product Manager, where you will drive customer acquisition for a platform visited by millions seeking expert advice in legal, medical, finance, and tech. In this cross-functional leadership role, you will shape and execute strategies that power the growth of our brand portfolio by enhancing marketing tools, landing pages, and checkout experiences. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, UX, Analytics, and Engineering teams, utilizing agile methodologies and data-driven experimentation to deliver impactful features that optimize the customer journey across desktop and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and address pain points across marketing teams and the customer journey through rigorous A/B testing and experimentation.
Lead product ideation, development, and launch of features that improve acquisition and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Analytics, Engineering, Marketing) to align and execute ambitious product goals.
Develop and refine acquisition workflows, marketing tools, and checkout experiences for efficiency and growth.
Analyze data to uncover growth levers and provide actionable insights for business impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
Proven expertise in collaborating with Paid and Organic Marketing teams.
Strong proficiency in A/B testing, multivariate experimentation, and agile methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement automation solutions.
Exceptional leadership and cross-functional team alignment skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and growth strategy development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
