Apollo is seeking a Senior Customer Operations Manager to join our remote team. As a key member of the operations department, you will oversee customer success initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality service for our all-in-one sales intelligence platform. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, supporting our mission to drive sales excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Overview

Lead and manage customer operations for Apollo’s sales intelligence platform.
Drive customer success strategies and operational excellence.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily customer support and operational workflows.
Develop and implement customer success initiatives.
Analyze data to identify trends and improve processes.
Work with product and engineering teams to resolve customer issues.
Monitor KPIs and report on performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in customer operations or success management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with CRM and sales intelligence platforms.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
