Clipboard is seeking a Customer Ops Strategy Associate to help optimize operations and customer experience within a fast-growing marketplace. This role will involve generalist responsibilities and problem-solving across different areas of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Redesign processes for reaching out to workplaces and converting them to new payment methods
  • Research, vet, and onboard new vendors for customer-facing collections efforts
  • Build internal predictive analytics models for financial monitoring
  • Manage a team of Collections Account Managers
