Computer Skills Customer Service Problem Solving Regulatory Compliance Time Management

Central Research, Inc. (CRI) is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Spanish to handle inquiries regarding student loans and provide repayment options within policies and regulations. The position requires providing high levels of privacy and security while offering quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently handle inquiries regarding student loans
Provide repayment options within policies and regulations
Ensure high levels of privacy and security

Requirements & Qualifications

Must be a US Citizen
Fluent in Spanish
High School diploma required
6 months of contact center or customer service experience
6 months computer experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
No default on Federal Student Loans or federal guaranteed loans
No Felonies or misdemeanors within the last 7 years
Reside within a 75-mile radius of Hendersonville, TN or Lowell, AR
