Job Overview

As a Customer Stories Manager, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end customer storytelling across various formats including video, written content, and events. Collaborate daily with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to surface and align stories to product value and go-to-market strategies, driving pipeline and renewals.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end customer storytelling
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for story alignment
Identify story-worthy moments by engaging with customers
Coordinate freelancers, agencies, and production partners globally
Use AI tools to move fast and repurpose stories efficiently

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years in content, customer marketing, or product marketing
Experience in shipping customer stories that support marketing, sales, or brand credibility
Comfortable interviewing customers and building trust quickly
Demonstrated ability to own projects from concept to launch with minimal oversight
AI-first mindset and adept at using modern tools for efficiency
