Join Canonical as a Graduate Customer Success Manager, where you'll play a strategic role in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and supporting expansion across our tech product portfolio. As part of a remote, globally distributed team, you will facilitate the onboarding and enablement of new users, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the ongoing success of Canonical's open source products, including Ubuntu.

Job Overview

Support customers in navigating Canonical’s offerings and solving technical issues.
Facilitate onboarding and value realization for new users.
Collaborate with Sales and Support to achieve customer objectives.
Drive digital campaigns to engage and retain users.
Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer ticket requests and provide effective solutions.
Enrich and maintain onboarding and problem-solving documentation.
Identify high-potential and high-risk customers among new users.
Onboard new customers and introduce them to Canonical’s products and support processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver engagement plans.
Collect and format customer feedback for product review.
Drive campaigns and interact with diverse customer segments globally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Customer-facing experience and empathetic approach.
Strong passion for technology, infrastructure, and Ubuntu.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation.
Ability to collaborate across departments and teams.
Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian are highly valued.
Self-driven and adaptable in a remote work environment.
