SecurityScorecard is seeking a remote Customer Success Manager based in Portugal to drive client satisfaction and long-term engagement. As part of a global leader in third-party vendor risk management, you will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships and ensuring the successful adoption of SecurityScorecard’s platform. This full-time position offers flexibility to work from anywhere in Portugal.

Job Overview
  • Manage and enhance customer relationships across Portugal.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients using SecurityScorecard’s risk management platform.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing support for customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client challenges and deliver value.
  • Monitor account health and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive client engagement and platform adoption.
  • Identify and address customer needs proactively.
  • Provide expert guidance on third-party risk management.
  • Communicate feedback and insights to internal teams.
  • Support retention and expansion of customer accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English; Portuguese proficiency preferred.
