Join our team as a Customer Success Services Business Consultant and be part of a dynamic consulting team in a fast-paced tech company. You will work with nonprofit organizations, implementing and consulting on donor management products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships throughout consulting engagements
  • Leading and managing projects from inception to conclusion
  • Designing and implementing Raiser’s Edge NXT with customer collaboration
  • Providing expert advice and consultation on Raiser's Edge NXT to nonprofits
  • Assisting with database quality testing and documentation
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality services and support
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of nonprofit organizations and consulting experience
  • 2-3 years of experience with CRM consulting, Raiser’s Edge NXT preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet utilization requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong problem-solving and public speaking skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work US business hours
