Job Overview

Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist fluent in both English and German, responsible for providing high-quality product support and resolving customer inquiries on weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Klaviyo platform
  • Provide high-quality product support via email and live chat
  • Explain technical concepts to users with varying technical expertise
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues
  • Offer guidance on non-technical questions related to marketing, sales, and ecommerce setup
  • Document troubleshooting and resolutions
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Available to work weekends with specific shift schedules
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role with SaaS/software troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with AI tools/workflows and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills with clear and empathetic explanations
  • Authorization to work in Ireland without restrictions
  • Hybrid work in Dublin with access to Klaviyo Product Certification
