Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist (Spanish-speaker) at our EMEA hub in Dublin. You will be responsible for providing high-quality product support via email and live chat, diagnosing software issues, and resolving escalated customer complaints.

Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform
  • Provide high-quality product support via email and live chat
  • Explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical users
  • Diagnose software issues and resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Support non-technical questions (marketing, sales, e-commerce setup)
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role solving software/SaaS issues
  • Experience with AI tools/projects and eager to learn
  • Excellent communication skills: clear, empathetic, able to explain tech simply
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with KPIs
