Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist - Weekend at Mercury, you will be responsible for answering user questions, handling account requests and disputes, teaching customers how to use Mercury, identifying and fixing bugs, writing help articles, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Answer user questions via chat, email, and phone
  • Handle account requests, disputes, payments, and shipments
  • Teach customers to use Mercury and translate confusion into feedback
  • Identify systemic issues and work with engineering to fix bugs
  • Write help articles and FAQs
  • Build warm customer relationships and help scale support operations
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a Customer Experience / Customer Support role
  • Consistently exercise empathy
  • Exude competence
  • Translate complex terminology into clear, human communication
  • Enjoy automating tasks
