Deel is seeking a driven Account Executive for the Deel HR - SMB team. This full-time, remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada or the United States. Join Deel in helping international teams streamline payroll and ensure compliance across borders.

Job Overview

Drive sales for Deel HR solutions within the SMB sector.
Manage client relationships remotely and support global payroll needs.
Collaborate with international teams to deliver seamless HR and compliance services.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the SMB market.
Build and maintain strong client partnerships.
Present Deel HR solutions to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals remotely.
Ensure clients’ payroll and compliance requirements are met efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in HR tech or SaaS.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of payroll and compliance for international teams.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms.
