Job Overview

As a Demo Architect, you will be responsible for building and maintaining tools, apps, and workflows for demos, trials, and labs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical technical solutions and document go-to-market workflows.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain tools, apps, and workflows for demos, trials, and labs.
Expand the Demo Architect Portal to improve automation and self-service.
Provision and support infrastructure enabling hands-on customer experiences.
Create workshop assets and enablement content for pre-sales.
Deliver production-grade software and automation with reliability and proper documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience building software, systems, or internal tools for technical users.
Ability to work across application development and infrastructure.
Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools.
Comfort communicating with various teams including Sales, Solutions, CS, Marketing, and Engineering.
Design and iterate usable, repeatable solutions for end users.
