Desktop support macOS Mobile device management Windows

Provide onsite and remote desktop support to Dash personnel. Own full lifecycle of end-user devices including procurement, config, deployment, patching, inventory, and disposal. Implement and enforce endpoint security controls for devices per security policies. Configure and support SSO integrations across third-party applications. Assist Security team with audits, remediation, and security initiatives. Partner with Network Engineering on office network projects and firewall/security policy coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in desktop support and endpoint administration
  • Strong experience with Windows and MacOS environments
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management platforms
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management platforms and SSO
  • Experience with Endpoint Detection & Response solutions
