Join Vercel as the Developer Success Manager for EMEA, leading a fully remote team of Platform Architects and Developer Success Engineers. You will drive impactful customer outcomes, enable technical excellence, and support key revenue growth metrics. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional post-sales experiences and empower developer communities.

Job Overview

This permanent, fully remote position is responsible for coaching a high-performing technical team, owning technical success for customer retention and expansion, and fostering trusted partnerships with client developer teams and executives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Platform Architects and Developer Success Engineers.
Own the technical impact to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
Implement and improve post-sales playbooks for consistency and quality at scale.
Build trusted relationships with customer developer teams and executives.
Monitor team performance, manage priorities, and remove blockers to execution.
Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams for seamless customer experience.
Analyze customer and team data to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven success leading technical customer-facing teams (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Consulting).
Deep knowledge of modern web architectures and ability to engage with engineering leaders.
Strong operational mindset with execution and workload management experience.
Business acumen, understanding technical engagements’ impact on growth metrics.
Empathy for developers and passion for developer experience.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
